The Quebec Experience Program (PEQ) reopened on July 2, 2026, and the window to submit an application closes on October 31, 2026. If you have studied or worked in Quebec, these are the last weeks to apply in this round.

Quebec graduates and temporary foreign workers who already met the conditions on November 19, 2025.
- Quebec graduates: a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate, a technical DEC, or a DEP of at least 1,800 hours, obtained in Quebec by November 19, 2025.
- Temporary foreign workers: at least two years of work experience in Quebec in a TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 job, as of November 19, 2025.
That date matters: a diploma or experience completed after November 19, 2025 does not count for this window.
Level 7 in oral French and level 5 in written French, on Quebec’s scale, whatever language your diploma was in.
Online, through Arrima, before October 31. The fees are:
- Principal applicant: $940
- Spouse or partner: $201
- Each dependent child: $201
Quebec has set no cap on the number of applications it will receive in this window.
The program stays open until July 2, 2028, but this window to submit applications ends on October 31. Quebec has not published the dates of a next window, so if you qualify today, do not wait for one.

- Check your date: your diploma or your two years of experience must be complete by November 19, 2025.
- Get your French results: oral 7 and written 5.
- Gather your documents: identity, civil status, and proof of your diploma or your work experience in Quebec.
- Submit in Arrima before October 31.
Immigration Pros prepares PEQ applications from start to finish, and can tell you quickly whether your diploma or your experience qualifies. Our page on the Quebec Experience Program has the details.
