These Terms and Conditions govern all consultation services provided by Immigration Pros, a private immigration consultancy firm with over 17 years of experience. We are not affiliated with the Government of Canada, and all advice is based on current immigration laws and policies. Immigration Pros is represented by Galo Castillo, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R408519) and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). However, consultations will be conducted by another licensed RCIC from our team, not our main representative.

Initial Consultation Agreement

Before proceeding with your consultation, please carefully read the terms of our Initial Consultation Agreement. By continuing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Purpose of the Consultation

Immigration Pros Inc. provides professional immigration consulting services. Our initial consultation is designed to offer expert advice on immigration matters and determine the best course of action for your case. However, engaging in this consultation does not establish a formal client-consultant relationship beyond the scope of this initial meeting.

Consultation Fee

A one-time non-refundable fee applies to all consultations. The total fee will be communicated before the consultation and must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session.
This fee covers:
A one-time communication via video conference or another agreed-upon method.
Collection and review of the information and questions provided by the client.
Should you decide to retain our services beyond this consultation, a separate retainer agreement must be signed. This consultation does not obligate you to proceed with further services.

All information shared with Immigration Pros Inc. is strictly confidential. We adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct for College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Licensees, ensuring that your data is protected and not disclosed to third parties without your prior consent, except where required by law.
